Campus Leadership Role

The campus director is responsible for overseeing the student experience, encompassing academic and extracurricular activities.

This role requires strategic leadership, effective communication, and collaboration across departments to drive outcomes.

  • Lead the campus team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance engagement levels and performance of students.
  • Work closely with academics and student success teams to monitor student progress.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in Category Management and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. They must be goal-driven, work well in fast-paced environments, and balance short-term and long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute plans to improve campus operations and student outcomes.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Communication: Foster open communication within and across departments to ensure clear visibility of student progress.

Requirements:

  • Category Management Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in managing categories.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
