Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini (RMP) registered as charitable trust was initiated in 1982 as a unique leadership development academy with an aim to nurture, impart training and build capacities of elected representatives, political and social workers, as well as people involved in institutions and start-ups in social and political organizations. Prabodhini is also involved in doing research in social, political, economic and agricultural arena. The intention is to take it to policy level. RMP is one of the unique institutions in the entire Indian

subcontinent having a special consultative status provided by the United Nations Economic and Social Council.

To understand more initiatives of RMP like Knowledge Excellence Centre (KEC), IIDL (Indian Institute of Democratic Leadership), Socio-Political Research, Publications & various programs.

We are now looking for a professional who can lead the above and also bring newer dimensions to the current activities of Prabodhini.

Executive Director – RMP - Keshav Srushti, Uttan, Bhayandar Campus (Dist. Thane) About the Role

The role holder should be a visionary and dynamic leader to manage our Knowledge Excellence Centre at the prestigious Bhayandar campus (Keshav Srushti). This leadership role encompasses:

- To expand the current activities and also bring newer areas of study, research, training and take projects in Socio-Political-Economic arena to policy level wherever possible. For this the role holder is expected to work with Sate and Central Governments wherever necessary.
- Closely study international events and initiatives in the stated domain above and review its application, relevance and adaptation to India
- Development and execution of training, public awakening, and research programs to facilitate the policy makers through collaborative approach with all stakeholders
- Fostering collaboration with government bodies, academia, and civic partners
- Guide and ensure execution of strategy for in-house talent management & development programs to meet new initiatives
- Operate with management committee through consultive approach
- Overall responsible for the new training approach strategies with new age technologies relevant to socio-political, leadership & governance subjects to fit RMP's vision & mission
- Strategic guidance and operational excellence of the existing campus facilities & its expansion projects
- Overseeing campus infrastructure, HR & administration, Financials and other stakeholder relations through established team lead by CEO

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Any Professional qualification with Ph.D. preferred
- Proven experience of 20-25 years in leadership, education, social research, public policy, or non-profit sectors, industry.
- Strong track record in program development, partnerships, and team management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Commitment to ethical governance and public leadership—aligned with the ethos of "New Leaders for a New India"
