Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions using WordPress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end development projects, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.
  • Architect and implement custom themes, plugins, and integrations tailored to business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless experiences.
  • Evaluate and recommend modern CMS solutions based on project needs.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, driving best practices in coding, performance optimization, and security.
  • Ensure timely delivery, manage code reviews, and maintain documentation for technical implementations.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong expertise in WordPress architecture, plugin development, and custom theme creation.
  • Hands-on experience with PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, REST/GraphQL APIs.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or other enterprise CMS platforms.
  • Exposure to Headless CMS.
  • Familiarity with cloud hosting and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver complex projects.
  • Nice to Have:
  • Experience migrating between multiple CMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of performance testing, SEO optimization, and accessibility standards.

  • Strong communication and client interaction skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with flexibility to work on any platform as required.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a technical team.
