Senior Developer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer to lead the design and development of complex software applications. As a key member of our team, you will contribute as a hands-on collaborator and leader.

This role involves leading initiatives, establishing best practices, mentoring teammates, and proposing innovative technology solutions that transform healthcare into a safer and more cost-effective industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive software applications across multiple layers.
  • Leverage your expertise to drive significant improvements in team performance and efficiency.
  • Mentor junior engineers and establish team standards to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Promote innovation through new technology solutions, enhancing the quality and effectiveness of healthcare services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to inform company-wide strategies using industry knowledge and foresight.

Requirements

  • A motivated and self-driven individual with a strong passion for learning.
  • High level of experience with multiple server-side programming languages, preferably Java with Spring Boot.
  • Proficiency in multiple client-side programming languages, preferably JavaScript React.
  • Experience developing, deploying, and supporting REST services and microservices.
  • Familiarity with cloud services for storage and compute, applying infrastructure as code principles.
  • Knowledge of relational databases, non-relational databases, and messaging systems.
  • Minimum 8+ years of work experience in software development.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or IT.
