About us

We are seeking a senior leader to head the delivery and customization of our e-commerce-focused data analytics platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of implementations and customizations for e-commerce clients.
  • Client Engagement & Customization: Serve as primary point of contact for clients, understanding their analytics needs and translating them into actionable project plans.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, analytics, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Process & Quality Management: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and manage risks and issues.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor project performance using analytics and reporting tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years of project management experience, preferably in SaaS, data analytics, or e-commerce environments.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce business processes and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver customized solutions.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience implementing or customizing analytics solutions for e-commerce clients.
  • Knowledge of data integration, ETL, and reporting best practices.

Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) is an advantage.
