About The Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Project Manager to join our team. As an experienced project professional, you will be responsible for developing project scopes and objectives, engaging relevant stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing project plans, coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors to execute projects within defined timelines and budget constraints.
- Managing resource allocation and availability, creating and tracking detailed project plans for monitoring progress.
- Utilizing verification techniques to handle changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Measuring project performance using suitable systems and tools, reporting to management when necessary.
- Managing client relationships and stakeholders, implementing risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks.
- Establishing and sustaining relationships with third-party vendors and maintaining comprehensive project records.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Experience with Jira, ClickUp, Trello/Asana, Microsoft Azure, and Agile/Waterfall Methodologies.
- Strong project planning and scheduling skills, with ability to manage resource allocation and availability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
