Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Coordinator who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and ready to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, managing project timelines, ensuring smooth execution, and being open to frequent travel for project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion
  • Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules
  • Assist in event planning, media coordination, and on-ground execution
  • Monitor project progress and troubleshoot issues to ensure timelines are met
  • Travel to different locations for client meetings, events, or on-site coordination
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Management, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in PR, events, or media
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently as per project needs
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing project requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
