  • Schedule and manage project meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
  • Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
  • Communicate updates to stakeholders and resolve queries promptly.
  • Assist in identifying project risks and suggesting solutions.
  • Support in resource allocation and task prioritization.
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities and changes.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and project status reports.
  • Help ensure quality standards are met for project deliverables.
  • Coordinate approvals and sign-offs for different project stages.
  • Provide administrative support for project-related tasks.
