Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will lead the regional human resources function, implementing organizational policies and procedures. They will manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, talent development, performance management, personnel management, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment: Develop and implement strategic hiring initiatives to attract top talent, manage job postings, interviews, and offers, build relationships with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Talent Development (L&D): Launch regional training programs, implement L&D strategies, facilitate workshops and courses, and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Performance Management System (PMS): Conduct training on PMS and associated policies, provide guidance and support to managers and employees, and ensure PMS process completion within timeline.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support on HR policies and procedures, manage employee relations, develop and implement engagement strategies, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Administration: Manage day-to-day administrative operations, oversee facilities and services, manage procurement and inventory, and ensure timely communication with employees and stakeholders.
