We are seeking a professional Guest Experience Coordinator to join our real estate team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming and assisting visitors, clients, and prospective buyers.
  • Handling front desk operations including walk-in inquiries, calls, and appointment scheduling.
  • Supporting the sales and CRM teams by managing customer interactions, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Providing project-related information to visitors and guiding them to the concerned department.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Managing client feedback, queries, and escalating issues to ensure quick resolution.
  • Maintaining records of client visits, inquiries, and interactions for reporting purposes.
  • Assisting in organizing site visits, events, and promotional activities.
Required Skills & Competencies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant personality, confident, and customer service oriented.
  • Ability to handle client interactions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office.
  • Experience in real estate, hospitality, aviation, or front desk roles preferred.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
