Job Role:

A highly skilled AEM Technical Lead is sought after to oversee the implementation and management of large-scale Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in leading technical teams, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical teams in the design, development, and deployment of AEM projects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and system specifications
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for AEM implementation and maintenance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with cross-functional teams
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the AEM space, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience as a client-facing consultant with strong expertise in AEM implementation and understanding of related areas
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale AEM projects on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards
  • Strong leadership and technical skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex technical challenges
  • Experience working with CI/CD tools like Maven and Jenkins, as well as code quality and security tools like Sonar
  • Knowledge of core frameworks such as Apache Sling and Apache Felix, as well as modern web technologies like Touch UI, Sightly, and Sling Models

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with AEMaaCS and cloud-based deployments
  • Certified ScrumMaster and/or PMP Certification, with knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Ability to work in extended hours to overlap with North America timings
