This role requires a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable AEM architectures, managing client interactions, and driving successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of AEM-based solutions (Sites, Assets, and Forms).
  • Develop and customize AEM components using Sling Servlets, OSGi Components, JCR Queries, Sightly (HTL), and Sling Models.
  • Oversee AEM deployments, migrations, workflows, replication, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, designers, and developers, to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Implement best practices for scalability, security, and maintainability in AEM solutions.
  • Drive CI/CD implementation using tools like Maven and Jenkins.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and support consulting engagements.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and design patterns.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and deliver timely solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in software development with significant expertise in AEM.
  • Hands-on experience with AEM Sites, Assets, and Forms deployment & migration.
  • Proficiency in Sling Servlets, OSGi Components, JCR Queries, Sightly (HTL), and Sling Models.
  • Strong knowledge of frontend technologies: jQuery, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS.
  • Solid background in backend development using Java EE, JSP, and related frameworks.
  • Experience with build and deployment tools such as Maven and Jenkins.
  • Strong understanding of AEM architecture, workflows, dispatcher configuration, and performance management.
  • Excellent problem-solving, client-handling, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple consulting engagements.
