Job Description – Senior AEM Architect

Employment Type: FTE

Experience: 10 – 16 Years

Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

IST Mode of Working: Work from office – 5 days in a month

Mandatory Skills (Must-Have)

1.Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) – Core expertise

2.AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)

3.Integration with CRM, DAM, and eCommerce platforms

4.Java/J2EE with strong expertise in Servlets, JSP, Spring, Hibernate

5.Apache Sling, OSGi, and JCR (Content Repository)

Role Overview: As a Senior AEM Architect, you will provide technical leadership and guide teams in designing, developing, and deploying web content solutions using Adobe AEM. You will evaluate business needs, propose scalable solutions, and ensure successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:


•Translate business requirements into effective AEM solutions.


•Evaluate infrastructure, assess capacity, and plan for scalability.


•Provide solution architecture for AEM implementations and third-party integrations.


•Address non-functional requirements such as availability, performance, and reliability.


•Collaborate with clients, analysts, developers, and system administrators.


•Lead technical discussions, client demos, and create POCs.


•Mentor teams while contributing hands-on to design and development.


•Drive excellence in deployment, release management, and operations.

Requirements:


•12+ years in Java/J2EE solution design and deployment.


•5+ years core experience in Adobe AEM or similar WCM/ECM product suite.


•Expertise in multi-site/multi-channel delivery, personalization, content aggregation, multilingual support, automated workflows, and social media integration.


•Strong knowledge of CMS Design, CRX, CQ WCM, DAM, and Social Collaboration.


•Hands-on experience with XML, XHTML, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, JSP, RESTful services.


•Deep understanding of Java, Servlets, JSP, JSTL, Spring, Hibernate.


•Practical experience with Apache Sling, JCR (JSR-170/283), JSR-168/286, OSGi (Apache Felix).

Preferred Qualifications:


•Proficiency in Day CQ foundational concepts.


•Strong client-facing communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.


•Experience in configuration planning, testing, and change management.


•Familiarity with design patterns and Agile methodologies.


•Ability to act as Scrum Master in Agile environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,000, ₹2,300,000.00 per year
