Job Title:

AEM Application Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced AEM Application Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and customizing Adobe Experience Manager applications with a strong focus on JavaScript.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain reusable and efficient AEM components using JavaScript.
  • Translate UI/UX designs into functional web pages and interactive features within the AEM platform using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Customize and configure AEM templates, workflows, and pages to meet specific business and technical requirements.
  • Work closely with designers, content authors, and other developers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Adhere to best practices for code quality, performance, and security within the AEM development lifecycle.
  • Conduct unit and integration testing of developed components and support the maintenance of existing AEM applications.

Technical Skills:

  • Extensive experience with Adobe Experience Manager development, including components, templates, and the JCR repository.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
  • Expertise in HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Experience with build tools like Maven.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
  • Solid understanding of Core Java is a plus.

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field is required.

Required Experience:

6-8 years of professional experience with AEM development, with a strong emphasis on JavaScript is required.
