Role Description:

Seeking an experienced AEM Administrator to manage the configuration, performance, and operational stability of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) environments supporting the Honeywell Application Separation program. This role will be responsible for ensuring reliable deployment pipelines, access controls, content backup, and support for brand-specific separation of Sites and Assets instances.

Overall Experience Requirement:

  • 6+ years of experience administering AEM environments.
  • Hands-on experience with AEM 6.x or AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) preferred.

Role Description:

  • Manage AEM environments including author, publish, and dispatcher instances in on-prem or cloud setups.
  • Configure and maintain user/group permissions, access controls, and replication agents.
  • Monitor system performance, manage logs, and troubleshoot runtime issues.
  • Support code deployments and coordinate with development teams for release activities.
  • Ensure proper content backup, disaster recovery, and versioning procedures are in place.
  • Apply AEM service packs, hotfixes, and coordinate environment upgrades or patching.
  • Maintain dispatcher configuration and caching strategies in collaboration with DevOps and infra teams.
  • Implement and support AEM workflows, configurations, and runbook documentation.
