Job Title: Network Executive

  • We are seeking a results-driven Network Expansion Manager to join our team

As a key member of our organization, the Network Expansion Manager will be responsible for expanding our ambulance network by locating and interacting with private ambulance operators in identified cities.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to play a critical role in growing our business and making a real difference in people's lives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and adaptability to our startup culture. They should also be proficient in English, Hindi, and Tamil languages.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Locate and interact with private ambulance operators in identified cities to expand the ambulance network.
  2. Train ambulance owners and their staff to use the mobile app for trips.
  3. Interact with the call center for regular ambulance trips.
  4. Follow up with ambulance operators and users for payments.
  5. Assist the call center in negotiating rates with ambulance operators.
  6. Monitor critical trip progress, especially outstation trips.
  7. Resolve issues with users, call center, ambulance owner/staff.
  8. Escalate issues beyond control to senior management.
  9. Attend mandatory meetings and provide status updates.
Requirements:

  • Adaptability to startup culture.
  • Availability on Whatsapp & calls during business hours.
  • Own laptop.
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi & Tamil.
