Network Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to maintain and support secure, high-performance network systems. As a Network Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Network Maintenance: Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to network-related incidents, providing effective solutions to minimize downtime and service disruption.
  • Configuration Management: Configure and manage network devices, including routers, switches, load balancers, and firewalls.
  • Security Enforcement: Implement and maintain network security policies to safeguard against unauthorized access, vulnerabilities, and threats.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, changes, processes, and procedures.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional IT teams to support overall infrastructure and ensure seamless operations.
  • Upgrade & Update Planning: Plan and execute network upgrades, firmware updates, and patches to ensure systems are secure, stable, and up to date.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Utilize network monitoring tools to proactively identify issues and generate performance reports.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure network operations comply with organizational policies and industry standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent field of study.
  • Required Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and collaboration abilities, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
