Role SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned Junior NOC Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the Network Operations Center, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining network operations, managing and troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring network security, and providing technical support to clients.About the Job:
  • Location : Remote
  • Experience : 1-3 Years
  • Qualifications : Bachelor in Engineering

Preferred Area of Expertise:
  • SMSC, SMPP, A2P Messaging
Job Responsibilities:
  1. Provide 24X7X365 NOC Support for VAS related issues
  2. Manage day to day operations of SMS NOC Customer/Vendor/Route/Rate Configuration Management, Trace Capturing & Troubleshooting
  3. New clients interconnect and interconnection testing
  4. Ability to prioritize network alarms and incidents to fulfill KPI commitments

Techincal Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in VOIP technologies, including familiarity with SIP and RTP protocols
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in A2P SMS technologies, including familiarity with SMPP and TCP/IP protocols and proficiency in PCAP analysis
  • Experience in working at a leading A2P operator would be an advantage
  • Experience in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting network infrastructures
