Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Finance and Accounting expert to join our team as a Subject Matter Expert. This key role requires expertise across multiple domains of accounting and financial operations, with a strong background in finance and accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and compliant financial statements by advising on GAAP and IFRS compliance.
- Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, and financial statements, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Guide the optimization of processes in QuickBooks, SAP, and other ERP systems, leveraging expertise to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Manage payroll, invoicing, and end-to-end accounting operations, minimizing errors.
- Build and review financial models, forecasts, and budgeting frameworks, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making.
- Drive Excel automation, AI, and RPA adoption in accounting workflows, streamlining processes and reducing manual labor.
- Provide expert insights for process improvement, risk mitigation, and compliance, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of best practices.
Requirements:
- Strong background in finance and accounting with hands-on expertise.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (QuickBooks/SAP).
- Advanced Excel and automation skills.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI/RPA in accounting).
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
