">We are seeking an experienced New Business Lead to spearhead our growth initiatives and drive business expansion through strategic partnerships, concept selling, and brand storytelling.
This is not your typical sales role; it's about building relationships, crafting compelling narratives, and creating trust in boardrooms. The ideal candidate thrives on opening doors, establishing CXO-level conversations, and converting new accounts into long-term partnerships.
- Identify opportunities and build a strong network of industry professionals
- Diagnose problems and position our studio as the right solution partner
- Craft persuasive stories that connect branding to measurable growth outcomes
The successful candidate will have six to ten years of experience in business development for branding, advertising, consulting, or creative industries. They must bring strong communication, storytelling, and CXO engagement skills, along with the ability to sell ideas and concepts rather than pre-packaged services.
Key performance indicators include building a target list of 50 to 100 prospects, setting up discovery conversations, sharpening the pitch with leadership, and converting at least two to three new accounts into live projects within the first ninety days. By the end of the first quarter, the person should be consistently opening high-quality conversations with CXO-level prospects and delivering on agreed revenue targets.
