The position of Lab Executive is a key role within our organization, requiring strong leadership and management skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate laboratory activities to ensure accurate and timely testing of patient samples
- Train staff on proper laboratory procedures and sample collection processes
In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day administration, including ensuring turn-around-time of laboratory tests, preparing standard operating procedures, and conducting training sessions/seminars for staff.
The successful candidate will also supervise and ensure proper functioning and maintenance of instruments, perform performance checks, validation/verification acceptance for new equipment/test parameters, and make decisions in assessing calibration, control, and acceptability of analytical results.
Requirements:- Strong management and leadership skills
- Ability to design and execute Quality Improvement Programs in the laboratory
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing human resources, including productivity management of staff, staff rotation to decrease intellectual fatigue, and conducting interviews for new recruitments.
