We are seeking a talented Regional Design and Solution Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with regional sales teams to design and develop scalable AV/UC solutions for enterprise clients across the region.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Design tailored AV/UC solutions for enterprise customers by collaborating with regional sales teams.
  2. Develop system architectures covering video conferencing, collaboration tools, control systems, digital signage, and audio systems.
  3. Participate in client meetings, workshops, and solution demos to understand business needs and present technical concepts effectively.
  4. Respond to RFPs/RFIs by preparing technical documentation, drawings, BOMs (Bills of Materials), and detailed scopes of work.
  5. Translate customer requirements into comprehensive and scalable technical solutions.
  6. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, architects, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in AV/UC platforms such as Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Poly, Cisco, Neat, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams Rooms.
  • Solid background in presales solution design, including system diagrams, floorplans, and rack layouts using tools such as AutoCAD, Visio, and D-Tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven consultative skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities to support multiple opportunities across the region.
