We are seeking a highly skilled Regional AV Solutions Consultant to join our team in Bangalore.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for designing scalable AV/UC solutions for enterprise clients across the region. You will support sales and delivery teams by gathering client requirements, developing technical designs, and supporting the sales process through to project handover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to design tailored AV/UC solutions for enterprise customers.
  • Develop system architectures covering video conferencing, collaboration tools, control systems, digital signage, and audio systems.
  • Support the transition of projects to delivery teams for smooth implementation.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in AV technical design, including system diagrams, floorplans, and rack layouts.
  • Excellent proficiency in AV/UC platforms such as Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Poly, Cisco, Neat, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams Rooms.
  • Solid communication skills, with the ability to present solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
