Area Manager Job Overview

As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of plans and targets across our business channels. Your primary focus will be on ensuring timely execution and identifying critical issues that may impact our operations.

  • GAP Analysis: Work closely with outlet/branch managers to identify gaps and take corrective measures to prevent damage to the business.
  • Regular Visits: Regularly visit outlets and interact with staff to ensure that business targets are met.
  • Policies and Procedures: Oversee the implementation of policies, procedures, and controls in our business channels to meet relevant procedural and regulatory requirements.
  • Field Monitoring:
