Delivery Operations Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Operations Lead to oversee the end-to-end delivery function for a fast-growing fintech company.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the post-sales client engagement process, including customer onboarding and training, technical implementation of integrations, customer success, and support.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
- Own key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer onboarding, activation, successful usage, revenue churn, SLA adherence, gross and net revenue retention, CSAT, and NPS scores.
- Manage a team of 25-30 members across customer success, technical integrations, and L1 support.
- High-level technical aptitude to understand our products and their role in serving customer needs.
- Proven experience in technical projects delivery and account management handling large remote delivery teams serving international markets.
- Strong program management, people management, customer relationship management, mentorship experience to deliver projects successfully and keep teams motivated.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage stakeholders at CXO and mid-senior levels.
