About our Leadership Role

We seek a seasoned engineering leader to drive strategy and execution of our platform organization. This role oversees core infrastructure, developer experience, data platforms, and frontend frameworks powering large-scale SaaS products globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Vision & Strategy: Define a 12-18 month vision for the platform organization, aligning technical direction with business priorities.
  • Frontend Enablement: Establish frameworks and shared component libraries to accelerate development in modern stacks (Vue, TypeScript, Node).
  • Data Platform & Compliance: Build unified approaches for ingestion, governance, observability, and schema validation across multiple data stores.
  • Infrastructure & Cloud Operations: Lead ownership of Kubernetes clusters, networking, IaC (Terraform, Helm), and cloud security.
  • Developer Experience & Reliability: Champion robust CI/CD pipelines, progressive rollout practices, fault-injection testing, and end-to-end observability standards.
  • Security & Compliance: Partner with InfoSec and Legal teams to integrate controls for regional frameworks.
  • Leadership & Culture: Grow and mentor engineers while fostering a culture of trust, ownership, and inclusion.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years leading platform or SRE teams in high-scale SaaS environments.
  • Deep experience with Kubernetes and a major cloud provider (GCP preferred).
  • Strong technical grounding in TypeScript/Node.js, container orchestration, IaC, service meshes, and event-driven systems.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver multi-region compliant architectures.
  • Track record of implementing CI/CD, observability, contract testing, and reliability practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
