Job Description:

You are a network professional with expertise in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and report on ISP, DC, DR, MPLS, and P2P links hourly and daily.
  • Provide availability and utilization reports.
  • Maintain and prepare network device inventory.
Firewall and Security Operations:
  • Manage firewall access for DC, DR, MPLS, and Cloud.
  • Implement IP whitelisting and block malware IPs according to SOC guidelines.
  • Review and maintain firewall rule bases.
  • Monitor NIPS/IPS logs and deploy signatures.
Device Configuration and Backup:
  • Take and restore backups of DC, DR, HO, and NDR network devices.
  • Modify VLANs on L2 switches.
  • Reset network device passwords.
Access and User Management:
  • Activate or deactivate domain IDs and VPN for users.
  • Review and report on admin access.
Loading Balancer Operations:
  • Backup and configure rules on load balancers.
  • Create new application rules.
Incident and Change Management:
  • Handle Level 1 incidents via email or phone.
  • Prepare and implement RFCs.
  • Coordinate with OEM for troubleshooting.
Cloud and Virtualization Awareness:
  • Familiarize yourself with AWS and Azure firewalls and security features.
  • Understand the installation of ACI/AVS switches.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience.
