Job Overview:

The role of HR Business Partner is designed to drive organizational effectiveness and performance through strategic people practices alignment. As an integral part of our team, you will act as a liaison between business operations and human resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Management & Workforce Planning:
    • Develop end-to-end recruitment strategies, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and design targeted talent acquisition plans.
    • Build a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees at branches, addressing queries, concerns, and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment by promoting trust, transparency, and open communication channels.
    • Conduct regular employee connection sessions during branch visits to gather feedback, address issues, and enhance engagement.
  • Employee Retention & Development:
    • Design and implement employee retention initiatives by identifying key risk areas and working closely with local heads to mitigate attrition.
    • Conduct stay interviews, analyze exit feedback, and recommend actionable improvements.
    • Support employee development programs, including training, mentoring, and career progression discussions.
  • Branch Visits & Local Head Coordination:
    • Regularly visit branches to understand on-ground challenges, interact with employees, and evaluate workplace practices.
    • Collaborate with local heads to align HR strategies with branch-level objectives and resolve operational HR issues.
    • Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards across all branches.
  • Strategic HR Initiatives:
    • Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business success and performance.
    • Provide insights on people metrics such as attrition, retention, and employee satisfaction to inform business decisions.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and practices to meet evolving business needs.
