We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our sales team in achieving target goals, driving market growth, and building strategic alliances with healthcare providers.
This high-impact role will have direct influence on improving access to quality healthcare for patients. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, experience in B2C sales, preferably in the healthcare sector or startup environment, and a willingness to travel extensively within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic partnerships with doctors and hospitals to drive patient referrals for crowdfunding and medical loans through our platform.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring target achievement, field effectiveness, and professional development.
- Create new business opportunities by identifying patient needs and introducing EMI-based financing solutions at partner hospitals.
- Drive awareness and adoption of our platform by enabling hospitals and patients to access instant medical loans and zero-cost EMI options.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years in B2C sales, preferably in healthcare or a startup environment.
- Experience in team leadership and sales target achievement.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
