Job Description- Efficiently manage Schengen and UK visa processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Receive, review, and verify visa applications, guaranteeing all necessary documents are included and completed correctly.
- Maintain an organized system for tracking and managing visa documentation.
- Prepare and submit visa applications to the appropriate embassy or consulate.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.
A Bachelor's Degree is required for this position.
As a point of contact for customers, provide clear and accurate information about the visa application process, requirements, fees, and processing times. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, maintaining excellent customer service. Address any issues or challenges that arise during the visa application process, such as missing documents, discrepancies, or delays.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of visa documentation. Review visa applications thoroughly, identifying errors or inconsistencies and rectifying them before submission.
