We're seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our tourist visa operations.

Job Description

We are expanding our visa department and looking for a seasoned professional who specializes in tourist visas. This role will be responsible for leading the team handling tourist visas for multiple countries, ensuring smooth and successful applications for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Lead and manage the visa team handling tourist visas for multiple countries.
  • Application Review: Review all applications and documents before submission to minimize rejections.
  • Staying Updated: Stay updated on tourist visa requirements of embassies, consulates, and VFS/BLS centers.
  • Approval Rates: Ensure high approval rates and low rejection ratios for clients.
  • Training and Mentoring: Train and mentor the team to handle complex tourist visa cases efficiently.
  • Timeline Monitoring: Monitor timelines and ensure applications are processed and submitted on schedule.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain reports, records, and client updates.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in handling tourist visas for Schengen, USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Japan, South Korea, and other major countries.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of visa documentation and consulate/VFS procedures.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of high approval rates and leadership skills.
  • Communication: Excellent communication in English (Tamil/Telugu/Hindi is an added advantage).
  • Problem Solving: Ability to handle deadlines and client escalations professionally.
