Key Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies for renewable energy projects, including capital structuring and fundraising initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and rating agencies to secure project financing.
  • Lead negotiations for long-term and short-term loans, ensuring competitive terms and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee working capital management, treasury operations, and cash flow planning to optimize financial performance.
  • Support strategic business decisions through M&A, project finance, and refinancing activities aligned with the company's growth objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to domestic and international financial regulations and standards.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial models, projections, and investment reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to inform strategic business decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in senior finance leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting techniques.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
