Highly Skilled Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Murex technical support professional to assume key responsibilities in ensuring the availability and performance of Murex applications.
Key tasks include monitoring and supporting Murex systems, resolving production incidents within specified timelines, performing log analysis, root-cause identification, and providing permanent fixes. Additional duties include coordinating with infrastructure, database administration, and network teams for environment-related issues, as well as supporting system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning activities.
Mandatory Skills:
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in IT support with hands-on exposure to Python, Java, Cloud (AWS & Azure), and PostgreSQL.
- At least 2 years of direct experience with Murex technology.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, and change management).
- Experience with automation or scripting for production support.
- Exposure to financial products and trading systems.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in ITIL or equivalent.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure).
