
Employee Data Management Professional

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with data and are skilled in administration. As an Employee Data Management professional, you will be responsible for managing employee data and supporting recruitment activities.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring that employee data is accurate and up-to-date. This includes building new-hire records, updating employee personal data, and processing separation and transfers in the system.
You will also provide support for recruitment activities, including posting job requisitions, scheduling interviews, and handling logistics. Additionally, you will create offer letters and request paperwork from candidates as required.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should have a strong attention to detail and be able to work accurately and efficiently.
A degree in a relevant field, such as business or human resources, is preferred. You should also have experience in HR-related tasks and be familiar with Oracle HCM software.
