The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth through proactive sales strategies and building strong relationships with key clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and customer engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide solutions that meet client needs
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: ₹250,000 - ₹450,000 per annum

Working Hours and Location:
