Job Opportunity: Senior IT Governance Leader

Our organization is seeking an experienced Senior IT Governance Leader to drive large-scale IT initiatives for a finance/NBFC organization.

The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in setting up Data Centers from scratch, establishing robust Testing COE and developing enterprise-grade Resiliency & Operations Centers (ROC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement enterprise data centers with scalability, compliance, security, and disaster recovery measures in place.
  • Establish and govern Testing COE frameworks, methodologies, and automation strategies to ensure quality assurance across applications, infrastructure, and business systems.
  • Build and manage an advanced ROC for proactive monitoring and incident management using tools such as Zoho ManageEngine, Site24x7, New Relic, Dynatrace.
  • Implement resiliency strategies to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Define IT policies, standards, and frameworks aligned with finance/NBFC regulations and oversee audits, risk management, and compliance with RBI and regulatory guidelines.
  • Partner with CXOs to align IT governance with business strategy and mentor technology teams to deliver excellence in IT operations.

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in Data Center design & operations, testing methodologies, and resiliency frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with ROC tools, IT service management frameworks, and governance, risk management, and compliance principles.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, with certifications in ITIL, COBIT, or equivalent governance frameworks preferred.
