About the Role:

You will work closely with Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) businesses to develop robust systems across key functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. One-on-One Business Guidance:
  • Provide tailored guidance sessions to business owners to help them achieve their objectives.
  1. Upselling Advanced Services:
  • Assess clients' business challenges and recommend relevant services to drive growth.
  1. Client Advancements/Renewals:
  • Act as a program guide during Masterclass events and close high-ticket sales through consultative selling techniques.
  • Built strong relationships with clients to ensure renewals and referrals.
  1. Pre-Sales Nurturing:
  • Engage with clients before Masterclass events to understand their businesses and primary challenges.
  • Drive attendance and engagement in pre-Masterclass sessions.

Skills and Experience Required:

Sales Expertise:

  • Proven track record in selling high-ticket products or services through consultative selling approaches.
  • Strong one-on-one sales skills to understand client needs and propose solutions.

Coaching or Training Experience (Preferred):

  • Experience in delivering coaching or training sessions to business owners.
  • Understanding of MSME business challenges across various industries.

Relationship Management:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with clients.
  • Ability to manage nurturing campaigns and drive client engagement.

Industry Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with MSME businesses and industries such as manufacturing, services, retail, and more.
