Job Title: Business Integration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage B2B integration environments.

This is a critical role that requires owning escalations, coordinating across teams, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain B2B integration environments for reliability, performance, and scalability.
  • Design, deploy, and manage integration workflows aligned with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with development and architecture teams to implement transformation flows using ITXA.
  • Operate within containerized environments such as Kubernetes, utilizing Helm for deployments.
  • Act as Duty Manager during on-call shifts, managing incidents, coordinating response efforts, engaging cross-functional teams, and communicating effectively with stakeholders and customers.
  • Support cloud integrations and contribute to the evolution of cloud-native architecture and automation.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, runbooks, and operational best practices for ongoing support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5–10 years of hands-on experience with B2B integration platforms.
  • Experience or foundational knowledge in Kubernetes container orchestration platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Helm for managing Kubernetes deployments.
  • Strong experience with ITXA (Transformation Extender Advanced).
  • Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong understanding of integration patterns and system configurations.
  • Willingness and ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and incident management skills.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with cloud networking, hybrid cloud deployments, and storage solutions.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and automation practices.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles or handling technical escalations in production environments.
