We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Quality Assurance Engineer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in our software products.

About the Role
  • This position involves developing comprehensive test strategies, executing manual and automated tests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
  • Lead the design and development of automated test frameworks and scripts using tools like Selenium and Provar.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing on Salesforce platforms.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand requirements and ensure testability of features.
  • Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with the development team for timely resolution.
  • Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on quality metrics and product readiness.
  • Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on enterprise applications.
  • Direct experience testing Salesforce Clouds like Sales, Financial Cloud, and other Industry clouds.
  • Proven experience in test automation, including designing, building, and maintaining automation frameworks.
  • Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium and Provar.
  • Experience with performance and security testing is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with test management tools like Jira and version control systems like Git.
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce features and functionalities.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
