The Role of a Customer Experience Strategist

  • Capturing Customer Insights: Gather feedback through various channels to understand pain points and areas for growth.

Requirements for Success
  • Minimum 6 Months of Experience in MIS or Data Analysis: Proven track record of analyzing complex data sets and identifying actionable insights.

  • Proficiency in Excel (Basic to Advanced): Skilled in using Excel to manage and analyze data.
