
Sales Manager

- Identify the ideal customer base for your territory to facilitate prospecting and lead generation.
- Create a value matrix and strategize the sales funnel for your product within the territory.
- Establish a business database for your territory within the stipulated timeframe, conduct groundwork activities for setting up the sales function, and execute collection of monthly MOP of Paint Majors from key Dealers.
- Conduct shortlisting of prospective Tinting Machines outlets in the territory and Franchise Stores.
- Evaluate credit risk of every dealer and gather benchmark data about length of credit given by Paint Majors.
- Understand inventory management followed by dealers and build a strong team of DDEs.
- Present monthly trade schemes of Paint Majors, build monthly dashboards, and drive attainment of all sales targets for the territory.
- Execute achievement of value volume targets for the year.
- Lead achievement of Numeric and Weighted Reach Target of the territory together with development of key dealers and manage Tinting machines across the territory.
- Drive performance of trade schemes and on-ground promotions for the territory by analyzing and understanding all trade schemes and promotional activity briefs.
- Manage and engage all dealers within the territory, conduct credit risk assessment, and manage receivables.
- Perform broad inventory management for dealers and ensure defined service level through cross-functional liaisoning within the organization.
