Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience in customer support or marketing. This role requires strong phone contact handling skills, active listening, and adaptability to different personalities.
In this position, you will be responsible for managing large amounts of emails and calls to generate sales leads and build sustainable relationships with customers. You will also coordinate between our organization and customers to ensure effective communication and timely delivery of products.
Your key responsibilities will include keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents accurately. You will follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to provide exceptional customer service.
To succeed in this role, you must be proactive in engaging customers through communication and take extra steps to meet their needs.

Requirements

- SAP B1 knowledge is an added advantage.
- Experience in exhibitions or expos is preferred.
