Job Title: Order Management and Billing Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate order processing and billing activities for contracts.
  • Supervise and manage daily tasks of the Customer Advocate Team, overseeing areas such as:
  • Obtain and review legal agreements for completeness of terms and conditions for maintenance billing.
  • Maintain equipment databases and process updates, additions, and cancellations.
  • Generate invoices covering preferences and validate revenue recognition criteria triggering system invoices.
  • Adhere to procedures in compliance with policies.
  • Perform reconciliation and reporting, including monthly verification of revenue data, providing corrections and clarifications of reported results.
  • Ensure archiving and record retention in accordance with policies and practices.
  • Provide internal and external audit support as requested.

Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field is required.

Experience:

  • Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
  • Minimum one year of experience in Order Management and Billing, preferably in a global or multinational company.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills are essential.
  • Effective communication with all parties involved at different levels of the process is crucial.
  • Dedication and a strong sense of accountability are necessary.
  • A high sense of urgency and passion for delivering excellent service and problem-solving are required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure or experience is preferred.
  • Global/multi-country experience is strongly preferred.
  • Analytical skills are desirable.
