Telecom Order Management Developer

As a seasoned ServiceNow developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing specifically on the Order Management for Telecom (OMT) module. Your expertise in ServiceNow Development, with experience in CSM and Telecom Order Management, will be instrumental in driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop innovative solutions to meet telecom order management needs, leveraging ServiceNow's robust features and functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of projects.
  • Develop high-quality ServiceNow catalog items, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and custom applications to drive business success.
  • Configure and customize Order Management modules to optimize product orders, service requests, and provisioning workflows.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems, OSS/BSS platforms, and legacy systems commonly used in telecom environments.
  • Support UAT, defect fixing, and performance tuning for order management processes, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Embody Agile delivery practices, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in ServiceNow platform development, with a strong focus on Order Management for Telecom (OMT) module.
  • Expertise in JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, ServiceNow Flow Designer, and Service Portal.
  • Strong knowledge of telecom domain, particularly Order-to-Activation processes, Product Catalogs, Service Requests, and Fulfillment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to write technical documentation, design documents, and deployment guides.
  • Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments, with a passion for delivering high-quality results.
