We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead our factory operations in Bakrahat, West Bengal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machinery manufacturing or metal products and the ability to oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and productivity.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing production plans, schedules, and budgets to meet output targets on time and within budget. They will also lead, train, and supervise production staff across all facility departments, conduct periodic inspections to monitor staff performance and machinery condition, and maintain equipment and machinery to ensure optimal working condition and minimize downtime.
In addition, the Senior Operations Manager will collaborate with quality control teams to enforce quality assurance protocols and continuously improve product standards, implement and monitor safety policies, and coordinate with internal teams for raw material supply and logistics.
Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or related discipline, 5+ years of managerial experience in a factory setting, and strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Proficiency with ERP systems, production management software, and Microsoft Office is also required.
