We are seeking a skilled Business Development Associate to join our team. As a key member of our business growth strategy, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.
Your primary focus will be on:
- Identifying decision-makers within software/tech companies
- Building trusted relationships that lead to pre-onboarding calls with our founder
- Promoting our QA service packages with confidence and professionalism
- Managing outreach across multiple channels
- Developing and maintaining a qualified sales pipeline
This is not a quick-win sales role. We are looking for serious professionals who understand client acquisition and value building long-term business relationships.
High performers will have long-term earning potential and the opportunity to grow with us as the role scales.
To succeed in this position, you should have:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and build trusted client relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (professional, client-facing tone)
- Results-driven, self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Familiarity with software/technology sectors (a plus)
We offer a commission-only structure, with starting rates at 10% of closed deals and potential for higher tiers based on performance. Payments are released once we receive client funds, ensuring a clear and transparent process.
