About the Role

This is an opportunity to lead complex finance and accounting initiatives, leveraging your expertise in people and project management. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of innovative solutions, such as Genpact's AP Suite, in finance and accounting. Your role will involve leading RFX submissions, providing sound business rationale, and pitching proposed solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex finance & accounting blueprints with multiple countries or regions in scope.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve business cases for non-qualified opportunities.
  • Pitch on proposed solutions to client executives, highlighting Genpact's capabilities and benefits of centralization.
  • Refine Accounts Payable (AP) process data repository as part of Knowledge Management framework: industry specific nuances, best practices, case studies creation and release, benchmarking.
  • Co-ordinate with Genpact teams on various project management related activities.
Requirements
  • Minimum years of experience in a relevant field and relevant companies (preferably BPO/SSC environment), out of which solid experience in people & project management.
  • Strong project and people management experience.
  • University graduate (relevant studies)
