Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ServiceNow Practice Leader to drive the growth of our ServiceNow capability and delivery unit. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the industry, trends, competition, challenges, and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead, develop, and grow a successful ServiceNow practice and delivery unit.
  • To demonstrate industry expertise and provide thought leadership on ServiceNow solutions.
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • To drive delivery of successful client implementations and achieve high CSS and CSAT scores.
  • To grow business in current accounts and expand into new markets.

Requirements:

  • 18+ years of experience in IT services, with the last 2-3 years in a ServiceNow practice leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem, company, and product roadmap.
  • Experience in handling global responsibility and managing multiple accounts with P&L responsibility.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills to manage and influence a broad range of stakeholders in a global environment.
