Seeking a seasoned expert to lead the ServiceNow platform strategy and drive best-practice solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define a roadmap for the ServiceNow platform adoption and value delivery
  • Drive Product Ownership – defining vision, roadmap, and backlog for ServiceNow
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including business, IT, security, compliance teams
  • Establish Governance & Standards for development, upgrades, and integrations
  • Manage Vendor & Partner Management – coordinating with ServiceNow and MSPs
  • Apply Financial Acumen – license optimization, budgeting, ROI measurement
  • Develop Data & Reporting – defining KPIs, dashboards, and success measures
  • Ensure Strategic Alignment – ensuring the platform supports organizational goals

Requires minimum 6 years of experience as a Platform Manager/ Owner or similar role focused on the ServiceNow platform.
