Position Overview
NetCom Learning seeks an experienced data-driven leader to drive marketing operations and ABM strategies in India. This role is critical in driving alignment between marketing and sales teams, enhancing the customer journey, and optimizing the revenue lifecycle through demand generation, CRM management, and data analytics.
The ideal candidate will possess 360-degree marketing skills with a strong focus on demand generation, account-based marketing, and revenue operations, ensuring impactful, data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive ABM and revenue operations strategy aligned with business goals, ensuring seamless collaboration between sales, marketing, and RevOps teams.
- Drive B2B and B2G demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, email, events, and paid media, to create a robust sales pipeline.
- Oversight of ABM team to develop targeted campaigns for key enterprise accounts, leveraging personalized marketing strategies and tools to maximize engagement.
- Revenue Operations:
- Optimize CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics) to track customer journeys, sales lifecycles, and pipeline health, ensuring alignment with revenue goals.
- Collaboration with IT teams, developers, and marketing professionals to maintain the integrity and accuracy of marketing and sales data across platforms.
- Lead efforts to integrate, clean, and manage data within CRM and marketing automation tools, ensuring consistency and usability.
- Data Analytics and Reporting:
- Consumption, interpretation, and synthesis of data to produce actionable insights that guide marketing and sales decisions.
- Design and management of analytics frameworks and dashboards, ensuring clear visualization of campaign performance, sales metrics, and ROI.
- Identification of gaps or inconsistencies in data and work with cross-functional teams to address and resolve issues proactively.
- Building predictive models and support data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics techniques.
